Exhibition fees

  • For organisations exhibition space: 3 x 2 metre stand @ $70.00
  • For individuals or small groups exhibition space: 3 x 2 metre stand @ $25.00

The deadline to book a booth/space is on Friday, 1st September at 5.00pm. Space includes: 1 table, electrical supply. Additional services are available on request at akldeafexpo@gmail.com.

Exhibitor benefits

  • Company name in the Deaf Expo section that will be accessible via the Deaf Expo 2017 homepage;
  • Company name will be published in the Deaf Expo 2017 section in the programme.

General information

The application process will begin on 1st August 2017. Applications for exhibition space must be made using the exhibition application form.

The form must be signed by a competent person. By signing the exhibition application form, the booking is binding. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect in case of merger or acquisition of the contracting company.

Payment conditions

Your exhibition booking fee will be invoiced prior to Deaf Expo 2017 event (1st October) and all payments must be made before the 22nd September 2017 to guarantee your booking.

Cancellation Conditions

Cancellations and changes to your original booking must be made in writing to akldeafexpo@gmail.com.

Cancellation Fees

50% of total exhibition fee if booking cancelled before 1st September 2017. 100% of total exhibition fee will be retained thereafter. Exhibition stands must be completed, ready and manned by 10:00am on 1st October, 2017 in time for the Welcome Reception.
